It’s been 4 weeks and the air retention is holding. We have not needed to pump yet. It it soft fabric material. My daughter does simple drills on the livingroom wall like setting, passing and light serves. It is not quiet because it depends on your walls and echo in house. In our house it sounds like thumping but imagine it is quieter than a real ball. This will knock over things so be careful and put breakable decorations away. But for ball handling it is perfect for in the house practice. Just find a wall away from Knick knacks.
