I like this brand of CoQ10. I've been taking CoQ10 for over 35 years. Main use is for Cardiac and Dental health. Husband went from having severe gum disease to no gum disease. Also improved his cardiac Ejection Fraction from 23 to 30. Docs were very surprised. Docs are now recommending it for patients on statin drugs. The gel caps are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach. I take them with my fish oil gels since having some fat helps with digesting this supplement.
