Does work, but is uncomfortable
I used a sleep app and it definitely stops my really load snoring. But if i wear it for a few nights in a row, i find it quite uncomfortable. Worth a try!

The most comfortable dilators I've tried
I keep hearing that one of the other dilators on the market is the best, and I am not getting agitated reading this - because I'd be distraught if I was unable to get Airmax. I think I've tried every single other one out there. The most popular other one is so painful to me that I cannot sleep on my side, plus fidgety to put in. Some of the reviews of Airmax seem to say that it falls out and is flimsy, but quite honestly I reuse mine over and over again, with a quick rinse. It's just a case of getting used to inserting it far enough, and even if it does slide down a little, I still have substantially better air flow. I absolutely love this product. However, I am quite environmentally aware, so would love them to make multi packs of these as each single one sold comes with so much packaging for one little device that it traumatises me! So if they were to offer a pack of three with a few quid off, I think it would be a great thing.

Not worth it!
It falls off sometime during the night, have to look around for it next morning. It's very flimsy, expected better quality. I have a cheaper pair from a different make that was less than half the price and it's basically the same as this one. This one just came in a nicer box. I regret buying it. Can't return it, obviously, so just a waste of money.

Didn’t work at all
Comfortable but ultimately useless. My wife reported little change in my snoring. Expensive for what they are.

Life changing for some.
Absolutely fantastic. Had Septoplasty over 10 years ago through the NHS. Never solved my problem. In fact, Made it significantly worse. Have been prescribed Cortisteroids by incompetent GP's and ENT Surgeons for what clearly is an external nasal valve collapse which requires a Rhinoplasty. Given that we have another money hungry tax called the NHS, They usually just fob everyone off these days. This product prevents my nose from closing on the right hand side, Not only allowing me to breath significantly easier but it's also helping me to smell (I lost this after my Septoplasty). It has also stopped me snoring and watery eyes. This is obviously a temporary solution but that's all most of us have these days.

Absolute staple in my sleeping arsenal now. I have a thin, Scandinavian nose so this helps a ton. This is a huge upgrade from nose tape and cheaper, too.

A really good product, I now sleep very well and wake up refreshed. There are so many products that profess to resolve blocked noses at night and I must have spent a fortune on trying most of them, most of them are utter rubbish. I have one nostril that collapses when I lay down and my sleep is generally fairly poor. I saw this item and thought I might as well try it and it's really good, it took me two nights to get used to it and now I wake up feeling charged up and happy. My poor wife is having to put up with a bouncy happy me, poor soul.

This was excellent for me. I tried the plastic nasal dilators (the ones with cone shape) but they irrirtated the inside of my nose and the outside skin. I was sceptical about these at first so i didn't even try them. Today i remembered i had them and tried them out after my wife complained i snored last night. They were like magic. The rubber is firm but soft feeling. The actually let me have wonderful sleep for once (because i have bilateral nasal valve prolapse). I'm never sleeping without them again.

Excellent !
