The quality of the bike is excellent. Great value for the price. My grandson loves it.

So far so good. It was easy to assemble as well. Had pop tire the next day but got it fixed and put a thicker tube inside. No problems so far he is happy with his purchase. My son brought it for transportation to work. Will update if needed. But I do recommend this bike.

Lasted quite awhile. But some spokes on the back tire broke and the rim has a wobble. Bike shops wont have the spoke size and is a big pain. Maybe look for a full rim bike instead of spokes ebike

This bike was purchased for my son as a Christmas gift, it worked great for a few days and suddenly began throwing an "E10 error" that makes the bike pretty much useless. Customer service hasn't assisted much in getting this solved yet. I will follow up on how this all plays out.

With this bike, I have experienced what it means to have support when needed. A huge applaud to the customer service. A product either good or bad, is nothing without the service after sales. The bike itself is a very good one, with good motor assist. The price is fair for the quality and features. The support I have received so far is amazing and timely. This bike is great!!! It comes 85% complete and super easy to put the rest together. I am new to eBikes I went for my first ride down a trail and it was a really comfortable ride. Love the colour of the yellow. The horn is really loud and the headlight is very bright. I can't mention anything about the battery as I just received my bike and haven't gone long distance yet. I can say the ease of peddle assist going uphill is a game changer. I highly recommend this bike for newbies like me. The price point is excellent. I am extremely happy with my bike. Customer service is quick to respond as well.

We like the bike so far. Instead of going up to 25 miles per hour, it will actually only go up to 20, as per the manual. That's fine, we're not using this to race. We might actually buy another one when I get used to it. My husband loves it, and loves using the power assist. I'm still getting used to it. We also got a carrier and some carrier bags, so hopefully we'll be able to use this to carry at least some groceries.

Definitely a great purchase. Some parts are a little cheaply made but other than that I'm happy.
