This is exactly what I needed to avoid my cream from going bad but getting a good value. It has the taste and texture of heavy cream with some mixing on my part. It's easy to use and I would recommend.

I absolutely love this heavy cream as it tastes so good. I purchased this for my coffee along with Whipped Vanilla Honey, to keep me from buying the coffee creamer in the store, and that's really all I can attest to. I really love it for my coffee.

I had a friend suggesting that you could add some to the instant nonfat dry milk to make it taste a lot better. It works great for it for more drinkable milk. I added a little bit when I made mashed potatoes and they tasted richer. When I opened the packet I removed it came in and put in a mason jar and vacuum sealed it in order to extend it after opened. I didn’t have any problems with mixing it with the instant milk powder. No unusual lumps. When I saw the price of it I thought it was kind of crazy but then I realised about how long time it would be around until empty and how much it costs for a pint of heavy cream in the store it ended up being a really great value. Once I need more I will definitely purchase more of this product.

Have ordered twice. Use in my coffee every morning. Must be whisked to break up the clumps but they disperse pretty fast. I plan to continue ordering. I feel it's much healthier than store bought creamer.

I bought this thinking it would taste something like fresh cream when mixed with water, or could be added to my coffee instead of fresh cream. The taste is hard to describe but frankly awful. I eat a great diet so almost never get gas, but this product also gave me really severe and stinky intestinal gas that went on for hours. It's really horrible.
