Super comfortable. Supports the back well and the price is hard to beat as opposed to other ergonomic chairs that are hundreds of dollars. Was very easy to assemble. Want to say it probably took 20 minutes total. The arm rests are not the most comfortable but I think it might just get some getting used to. I work from home and can sit on this for hours comfortably.

I’m very happy with this chair overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, and looks great in my workspace. Assembly was straightforward and all the parts were included, though one of the screws didn’t fit as smoothly as it should have. To be clear, no one is going to mistake this for a $800 chair. BUT, it's a very good product at an unbeatable price. You'll notice a lot of little things as you unpack it, which speak to the careful design, construction and shipping. There is a warning on the box, not to use a knife to open it. There is a thick protective piece of cardboard under the top flap, in case you disregard the warning. The parts are carefully wrapped with plastic, with protective cardboard on any corners which could be damaged in shipping. Most products give you a simple Allen wrench - this one gives you a very nice wrench with a plastic handle. The hardware is well labeled and blister packed. There are extra bolts - packaged separately to avoid confusion - in case you lose something. The components are well finished and seem to be high quality. The assembly is straightforward and the instructions are clear. Parts where the orientation could be confused are marked with "front" arrows. The only thing I can criticize is that the type in the instructions is too small. This is a pretty good chair and a great deal!

Not for everyday use, back is pretty comfortable but the seat is very stiff, not very soft, I feel it doesn’t have a great position it kind of pulls you forward a little. Definitely not a tall friendly chair either.
