Q: Why is the design different than the original? Is this a newer version or is this a different product?

I think they changed the bottle. I get this from my dermatologist office and from Amazon and the bottles look the same. I’ve been using it for years and have not personally noticed any difference. One note is this is the gentle cleanser and not the exfoliating cleanser. I hope that helps.
