'09 forester fan became very loud, this CITOO HVAC Heater Blower Motor was a reasonably priced replacement. At my door in a couple days. Entire job took 20 min half of which was finding my tools. On this car 3 plastic push rivets, unplug wire harness to fan, remove 3 screws that hold the can to the housing, pop the new one in and it works perfectly, very quiet as it should be

Pretty loud. Did not fit my 2005 Subaru Forester as advertised. Wiring harness wrong and one of the 3 screws wouldnt line up,so went with only 2. Cant recommend.

Perfect Fitment for my 98 Tacoma 2.7L Prerunner!

Just installed it, took me about forty five minutes to do so with the help of YouTube and a screwdriver set. Wasn’t too bad, the only problem was the tight spaces you had to squeeze into. Pretty self explanatory once you get it out. It’s definitely stronger and you feel the cold air improve immediately so definitely a good replacement despite not being OEM. I’m giving four stars only because it’s not as quiet and it has a little humming sound that wasn’t there with my previous ac motor before it blew out. I will revisit this in a few months to see how it holds up

So easy to install and works wonderfully, only a little bit of noise but the fan in my Matrix is known for being a bit noisy. And definitely worth the price, ease of purchase and little bit noise to cool my car down on the 90 + degree days.

Instillation easy. Fan does have a noticeable humming sound. Get what you pay for.
