Really like this one's got a good screen on it. And it seems to operate very well and very easy.

This computer died - blue screen of death- within the first hour of setup and the codes indicate a bad mother board and RAM. Unfortunately, I purchased this for my 80-year-old mother in another state and flew down to her house specifically to set it up for her. One can imagine the soup sandwich I'm left with now trying to resolve this with Amazon, HP, and my mother in another state. Frustrating.

Works great. Easy to get up and running. No problems after 1 month.

I'm getting there. I'm nearly 78 and I've been doing it myself, but with received excellent help from them on line. At this point, I'm really enjoying it. After less than a week, this computer started freezing up and going black, having to reboot to start again. This has happened as much as 20 times in one day. Occasionally, it will have a loud continuing noise, and I have to shut it down again. They will not refund my money so I can purchase a decent computer without my sending it back so they can "try" to fix it. I do all my business on this computer, and I can't say how frustrating this is! Purchase from this company at your own risk!

I purchased this for office use thinking it would be fantastic because it's a HP and I've always used HP. This thing has been a nightmare. It crashes at LEAST 6 times a day. I tried to replace it but to no avail, that was not an option. Now, I am past the return window and I'm stuck with it! SUPER! I do so very much love wasting money I don't have for a computer that undoubtedly was NOT new as advertised but refurbished. If you want to spend your work days trying to fix a "Brand new computer" feel free. I however, do not have that kind of time.

Screen would not turn on

My mom purchased this computer in November 2025 and when we tried to set it up for her we kept getting a error message that says an error has occurred. We returned the computer and ordered another one. We received that computer today and once again received error messages.
