Looks exactly like sales photo. I purchased an open box, and other than the box being a little smashed up at one end and poorly retaped, the walker looks fine. I can't see any damage on it and it works exactly as it should. Arrived faster than I expected (by 10 PM). It was on the porch when we got home from the hospital around 3 PM. I put it together easily and my husband adjusted the height to suit his needs. Has tested it out and so far it stands up to description. Says safe up to 300 lbs and he's a little under 200 after a few days in the hospital. He was told by his surgeon to get a front wheel walker and it moves as it's supposed to. These things do not have turning wheels by design. It would be unsafe for someone post-back surgery due to possible twisting. Due to that and non-locking brakes on our 4-wheel rig with seat we were told not to use it. This is the safest way to help a person walk after surgery or for an older person that needs stability.

Good piece of medical equipment. Most sturdy, safe for use over most surfaces. Transportable and easy to fold and open. Value at the price point.

This is a well-made, easy to assemble walker at a reasonable cost... BUT the height adjustment is more suited to taller people. My elderly mother is about 5'1" tall, and we've set the walker's legs at the shortest adjustment which puts the handles at barely the appropriate height for her.

This is a really nice walker. It is made of aluminum so it’s lightweight (7.5 pounds) but it’s also very strong. It’s recommended for people up to 350 pounds. Each side folds independently of the other side. Just press a big comfortable button on one side, fold it and then repeat on the other side. You don’t need 3 hands to do it. One dimension on the spec sheet is a little misleading. It shows the distance between the bottom of the front legs to be 24 inches. That is actually the width of the outside of the front legs including the wheels. The distance between the front legs is about 17 inches. If you need to squeeze through a door that’s narrower than 24 inches, it’s easy to do because of the walker’s light weight makes it easy to maneuver through narrow spaces. The distance front to back at the bottom of the legs including the wheels is just under 20 inches. It is also a very good piece of exercise equipment. I use it to do all sorts of balance exercises, stretching exercises and strengthening exercises. Many videos of exercises you can do with a walker can be found on Youtube and other websites. One thing to be aware of is that the bottom of the back legs have “new improved” sliders that slide easier than older ones do. You have to be careful that the walker doesn’t slide away from you. You can modify the sliders or buy different ones if this bothers you. All in all, it’s a very nice walker.

Second one I bought for my father. He uses one for in the house only, and the second one for outdoors. It's a sturdy, basic walker that does the job. I added a tray, basket and gliders and it suits his daily needs.

people do steal these amazingly enough. this is inexpensive enough to where it isn't a huge loss holding up well so far lightweight and folds easily.

Does what a walker should do. Good quality, very functional easy to fold for transport. Width provides good stability and easy to maneuver in tight places. I put tennis balls on the legs to make sliding easier and no marking on floors!

this product is perfect for my elderly parent , we wanted something lightweight , but yet sturdy and we found this item suited both demands . The height is very adjustable another perk to this item , it easily folds up for storage . we give this walker a 5 star rating .
