Works amazingly
So unfortunately, my iPhone decided it did not wanna hook up manually to anything anymore so I had to get a MagSafe case and use a MagSafe charger and I didn’t know what I was going to do with my car because I got so used to plugging in my USB port in And plugging it into my phone so that I could have Apple CarPlay but then my friend’s husband told me about this product and I absolutely love it ! It works so well there is zero lag. I know there are more compact sizes on the market, but I have to say this one works so well I wouldn’t even recommend another one. The design is very sleek and it’s very easy to use. The size is slightly bulky if you have a tiny little car. I have a Chevy spark, but it literally sits in the storage compartment underneath my USB port so there’s really no issue there. It does not bother me and it works so quickly. I don’t have to worry about chords and everything again and I’m very excited about that now if you’re like me and you only have one USB port, you might want to invest in a cigarette lighter charger because this does not have a charger adaptability.

Just works!
My USB-C connector on my iPhone 15 pro max has stopped being reliable, so I decided to invest in a wireless CarPlay adapter. I picked this one based on reviews and it has lived up to my expectations. I am connecting this to a 2019 Honda Ridgeline and was anxious when I bought it as to it working with such an old car audio system, but I have been pleasantly surprised. For the initial configuration, I turned off the wifi auto connect on my iPhone and was able to get the connection working in a few minutes. After that, I returned my wifi auto connect back on for my home network and have had no issues. In terms of connection, I have had to occasionally unplug the adapter and plug it back in to get it to connect, but that happens rarely. I am able to leave my phone in my pocket, get into the car, and it just connects. I have also seen a few times where the CarPlay starts playing my music as soon as it connects, but the screen on my car stereo gets stuck on device connecting. When that happens, I just hit the home button, then the CarPlay button and the car stereo displays the CarPlay desktop. In terms of connection speed, it takes less than 30 seconds to connect .. maybe you get 5 seconds on a newer car. All in all, it was worth the price and makes my commuter life much better.

Converts Wired to Wireless CarPlay in 3 Seconds, Plug & Play
Stop searching and just get this one — you won’t be disappointed. I’m glad I reordered this product. I first ordered one for a friend and it worked great for him. I tried a different (smaller) model for myself, but it constantly disconnected. This one stays connected, activates quickly, and works accurately—even when I keep my phone in my pocket. The other brand wouldn’t. I got this for my Ford Bronco Sport with the Sync 3

It works better than expected!
This works perfectly in my 2019 Rav 4. Heard lots of bad things about delays and what not, but the delay is minimal. Auto connects when I start the car!

Great carplay adapter, but wifi conflicts can be a problem
Overall, this CarPlay adapter works great. The setup was quick and seamless, and once it was configured, my phone recognized it right away. Everything worked smoothly, and there was no lag, no connection drops, and it was nice to finally have wireless CarPlay working properly, especially since I was having issues with carplay not getting interrupted due to my phones lightning port giving me trouble. However, there’s one thing I didn’t realize before buying: even though this adapter plugs in via USB or USB-C, it still relies on a Wi-Fi connection between your phone and the adapter. That was not something I noticed mention in other reviews before I purchased. This was problematic because I have had a ROVE 2K-4 dashcam in my Jeep for two years now, and it’s always worked perfectly. It’s powered through the cigarette outlet using a USB adapter and creates its own Wi-Fi network that apparently needs to be actively connected in order to properly work (and this always just occured automatically upon the dashcam powering up). But when I installed the CarPlay adapter (plugged into the actual USB port on the right side of my console), my dashcam completely glitched out. After some digging, I realized both the dashcam and the CarPlay adapter create Wi-Fi networks, and they were conflicting. The CarPlay adapter won’t function unless your phone is connected to its Wi-Fi network, and since my dashcam’s Wi-Fi was also active, the two were competing for the connection. That caused the dashcam to malfunction. So, if you don’t have a dashcam or any other Wi-Fi-based device in your car, this CarPlay adapter is fantastic. It is an easy setup and stable performance. However, if you do have another Wi-Fi-enabled device (like a dashcam), be aware that it might interfere with how this adapter works. So unfortunately I will have to be looking at an alternative way to make carplay work as the dash cam is more important for me to have working while driving.
