I’m in love with the Frida Mom postpartum products. After I had my first baby via c-section, I just used whatever the hospital gave me. That was fine. No complaints at the time. But after my second baby delivered via VBAC, my husband bought this for me and I was floored by the difference in quality. The handheld bidet has such a nice nozzle and it really helps gently wash away all the post birth ick. The disposable undies are SO comfy and they’re tight and stay put while also being so stretchy and breathable. The witch hazel foam is very soothing and cooling and I feel like it has helped everything heal faster. Kind of pricy, but it feels like luxury for your vagina. Worth it after such a traumatic bodily process lol

It’s over rated, the panties are not free size, I’m size L and they are very tight , didn’t use, then the pads are so uncomfortable and bulky, definitely not worth buying.

The peri bottle was not included, the box clearly says now included and shows the picture of the peri bottle so I’m unsure why this is not inside and there is a space where the bottle should be in the caddy.
