Bigelow herbal teas are my favorite. They don't taste super luxurious but I like that part. They just turn my water into somewhat tasty one with beautiful colors and help me drinking tons of water every day. Their boxes are cute and contain some impressive stories about the company. Each pouch is waterproof inside so I can put a tea bag back to the pouch again with no need to throw it out immediately. However, I highly recommend anyone to try an assorted tea box that includes hundreds of tea bags with different flavors from different brands first. Bigelow is my favorite but maybe not for everyone. This mixed set has a nice variety and includes 118 tea bags as Lemon Ginger has 18 bags/box while others have 20 bags. All of them are caffeine free and do not include artificial flavors (except Peach). Three of them include soy lecithin. I like Orange & Spice, Cozy Chamomile, and Sweet Dreams, and don't really like Lemon Ginger as it leaves somewhat strange feelings in my throat. If I could get something Cranberry instead of Ginger that would be the best for me, but some people would love that feeling of ginger anyway. Mint Medley feels much softer and better for me, compared to their another Plantation Mint flavor. Perfect Peach is the only one with artificial flavors here, so it leaves a taste like a peach candy, which feels too sweet for me. Still a nice product! The guests at our salon are always offered a water, coffee, or a tea when they come in for their appointment. Since we have gotten this tea, more and more people are choosing to have tea! It tastes delicious and is a perfect mid-day pick-me-up! And it makes our salon lobby smell amazing! Very well made!

Best tea variety pack received perfect for an office setting!

Look the tea is great. Everyone knows Bigelow tea "Tea proudly" I couldn't let this awesome tea selection take a hit due to Amazons greed and sloppy vending. There was, at one time on Amazon, a place to write about the vendor, or shipper. In this case Amazon, not Bigelow. They are the very worst. It wasn't until I had opened two of the boxes I noticed the next one in the case was already opened. There were two bags missing from that box. It is obvious this was a USED FOOD PRODUCT that had been returned AND RESOLD. A disgusting risk to take for tiny amount of profit they could make on this small purchase. Get the tea, it's great. But, check to see if some one else has opened them before you brew some.
