Extremely Satisfied
The first one I received crashed on the initial start up. I tried everything but couldn't not get it to come online. I put in a request for a new computer. Amazon emailed me a return shipping label. I got it shipped out the next day and the instructions said the new one would be here in 3 to 5 business days. I shipped the bad one out on a Friday. The next Monday, I had the new computer at my door. I had no problems with the new one. My wife loves it. It was a birthday present for her. I have worked on and with computers for a long time, so I know things like this jlhappen. But I am extremely happy with Amazon and HP. Once the new computer was loaded and running, it does everything we could ask for and more.

Price decent, great compact size.
Will possibly update later. It was a great price, works decent. Graphics are amazing. Size is exactly what I expected. We have been having a random black screen pop up is all. After I do some reading and more use I'll update if it's happening. Definitely worth the money. I'm happy with the purchase.

HP JUNK! from a bad SELLER!
I recently bought this computer and exchanged it because it kept shutting off. the next one they sent lasted THREE MINUTES! into the set up and sent messages that it was broken!!!

Great item
Great for games but tends to be laggy

Defective, modified
Product was unable to get past startup upon powering on. Would freeze, restart, provide an error code, restart, freeze again. Tried troubleshooting with basic measures before calling HP for support. Was told by HP that Amazon isn’t one of their certified sellers, and after analyzing my invoice informed me that my unit was a modified one and they would not be able to assist with troubleshooting. Return process initiated same day that I received it via UPS.

Perfect for home and school
I use it for home and online school as well as YouTube. It’s perfect for my needs. It was easy to set up and space saving. Got it on sale and definitely worth the the price so far

COMPUTER WORKS, BUT MOUSE AND KEYBOARD DON'T
The computer arrived about 48 hours after I ordered it. So far, the computer works fine, but neither the mouse nor the keyboard work. I am using the ones from my previous computer, and am keeping the packing the whole thing came in, as I have some concern due to the malfunctioning mouse and keyboard.
