Unfortunately, we had to return the first device delivered, as it didn't want to turn on. The second device delivered just a couple of days later, worked perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I am only upset that I didn't order it months ago. I recently had my knee replaced and have been struggling with pain in the I.T. band. My physical therapist recommended I purchase a massage gun to help with alleviating the pain and tightness from the recovery process. It is definitely helping. This model does not have the heat option or the app for the phone. I don't see a need for either option, and wouldn't recommend those options for anyone. One thing I am doing to help improve battery life is to use the massage gun in the 10 minute intervals and not charging until it gets down below 30%. So far, so good! As for the noise, I really don't feel it is loud. It's a massage gun, not a masseuse. It is a little heavy, but I am using the weight of the gun to perform its work, instead of just trying to push or hold it up. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for pain relief from aching muscles.

Absolutely love this! My boyfriend is a commercial fisherman and is always having pain in all kinds of places. I don’t mind giving him massages when I can but to be honest dreaded it at times- now I’m always willing to use this on him! It’s sooo easy to use and the instructional videos are great and very helpful . The gun is connected to the videos through the app via Bluetooth. He absolutely loves it . I bought the one that heats up and it works wonders . He loves it so much he bought one for my brother in law as well!

(A good lithium battery is either self-contained with numerous safety and life-extending mechanisms, or the batteries are protected and extended by external wiring through devices that do the same job for a bundled set of batteries.) This company has apparently chosen to follow the trend of using very cheap batteries and wiring assemblies. Cheap lithium batteries typically work adequately for a short time. Statistics show that products like this massager are generally used several times initially, then rarely, if ever, again. (The lifetime use of products like this massager is surprisingly short -- perhaps a total of 10 hours.) Consequently, companies can use cheap batteries, and most consumers never know they have a product with a short life expectancy since it is rarely exceeded. In my case, the product lasted for about seven full recharge cycles. If you need an aggressive/powerful massager for a one-time use or event, this may be a cost-effective option. Just be aware that you’re taking a gamble with a "throw-away" device. With my experience in electronics and consumer electrical devices, I have no reason to believe this was simply a defective unit, and I have many reasons to believe this unit was essentially designed and assembled as a "defective unit," since few people will exceed the life usage threshold. Beware of critiques that have been submitted shortly after the buyer received the unit. They are still in the “short life expectancy” time period where unit performance would likely create a positive critique. I strongly SUSPECT [speculation only – I have no factual data; only my personal experience with the unit and my years of experience in consumer electronics] a follow-up survey would show a completely different rating with substantially different comments from anyone who has used this unit for more than 10 hours total.

Item is quite light and small, so it's easy to carry around. Charges quite fast. Quieter than expected. Will not disturb you or people around you, but still strong. Heating element works fine. Could be warmer, but there is a difference between heated and not heated. Comes in a nice convenient carrying case as well. Overall build quality seems good. Vibration is well isolated to the top, so your hands won't feel a lot of it.

I was in a ilemma initially if to spend nearly 4 times the money compared to a 2k product available online. I went for Rhenpo and I am very happy with its quality and performance. When my wife first heard heard I spent 7.6k on a handheld massager she was initially taken aback but when she saw products 's quality she was impressed. She compared Rhenpo with a 2k priced massager that is being used in her Gymn which was far lower in quality and that it kind of hurt when used on body. I am using this for past one week. Iam positive it would perform well for a long time. Right from its packaging, to look and feel to performance on the body is topnotch quality. It's motor sound is like a falling feather. The feeling of its massage has to be experienced. I know not everyone would want to spend 7.6k when similar item is available at 1/4th it's price but if you are willing to want quality just go for it. This is how quality of life needs to be.
