V50 Ultra Complete Robot Vacuum and Mop Self-Cleaning, 24,000 Pa Suction, Liftable Navigation with Obstacle Overcoming and Warm Water Mopping with DuoSolution System Designed for Pets

I’ve had this robot vac/mop for about a month now and I cannot express how much I love this product. Between a large lab who sheds constantly and a yorkie who has frequent accidents, my floors were always a mess, leaving me stressed about finding time to sweep and mop. Now the V50 runs a vacuum cycle every night and deep cleans/mops twice a week, and I wake up to clean, shiny, floors. Set up was easy and the mapping was done in less than 15 mins. It has no problem going over thresholds. I have tile, hardwood, and LVP, along with an area rug. I will say, I do have to vacuum/pet broom the rug occasionally to pick up the fine pet hair out of the rug fibers, but I was doing that constantly before, so I’m still doing significantly less work keeping up on it. On the hard floors, it sucks everything up easily and mops beautifully. The app is easy to use and has nice alerts/features that make the whole set up very functional. I was able to purchase this on Black Friday sale pricing, but I can honestly say I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing even at full price. It saves me so much work and stress - definitely worth the investment. The set comes with many replacement pieces for when mop pads wear out and dust bags get full, etc. That alone saves money from having to order more right away. As a busy, single mom who functions better in a clean house, this is worth every penny!

We’re a family of four with two kids (12 and 2) and two hyper and hairy rescue dogs running in and out all day. It’s a constant battle to keep our dark hardwood floors clean from pet hair, grass, dirt, crumbs, and turf infill–even though we sweep daily and mop weekly. After years of lackluster performance by our iRobot Roomba (loud, clogged quickly, short battery life, and needed hands-on management during every cycle), I was skeptical that any robot vacuum was truly worth their price tag. It didn’t help that Wirecutter can’t recommend any model regardless of cost, but this article helped me decide to try a brand they haven’t tested. Ultimately, spending 15-20 minutes of precious time each day is costly in other ways, and figured if this didn’t work as promised, Amazon would facilitate an easy return and refund. Quick feedback after first use: thoroughly impressed. Clearly an advanced level of tech all around, from efficiency to navigation to the level of cleaning it actually performed. Highlights: - I resisted my urge to sweep before running it, expecting the bot would drag wet hair and debris around. Instead, it vacuumed from the front of the unit and mopped from the back, in one go. Watching it be smart enough to operate like this made me want to hug it. - The cleaning solutions left no odors or residue, and dried in 2-3 minutes, much faster than manual mopping ever did. The floor appears and feels clean without being slippery. For the record, I prefer unscented cleansing products (convinced our monthly housekeeper uses scented cleaners to leave the perception of a deeply cleaned environment). I understand that the pet solution has deodorizing properties, but can’t say definitively how that’s performing - though I can confirm I don’t smell ANY odor, good or bad. - Super quiet operation - like shockingly quiet. Our kids didn’t even notice it running until it glided right past the couch. This is a huge improvement over our previous robot, which was too loud to use while they were watching TV or we were working. - True hands-off cleaning experience. The bot ran for three hours and didn’t experience a single clog, tangle, stall, or need manual emptying. It navigated under furniture, around chair legs and a pile of shoes by the garage entry door. Bonus: it did not suck up shoelaces, nor require manual detangling like our Roomba often did - I imagine it sensed them and brushed them away, though I didn’t witness it personally. - Thorough results. Spots that normally need several passes with our handheld Tineco vac were cleaned in a single go. Even the highest-traffic mess zone - our garage entrance hallway/mudroom - doesn’t need me to go back over it to touch it up. - No feedback on the app yet. My hope was that I wouldn't have to download and use another app, so I was pleased to see that I could use this without one. But now that I see how well it cleaned, I’m intrigued to see how the app can make this thing even more effective - running when we’re not home, providing feedback throughout the cleaning cycle, etc. So I’ll update this review after some experience with that.

During this holiday, I was looking to purchase a new robot vacuum after my first Roborock vacuum stopped working just short of a year with it. Looking at reviews on Youtube, by reviewers like Vacuum Wars, Vacuum Nerd and others this one came in the top 10. Just 3 days with the Mova V50 Ultra Complete Robot Vacuum I'm returning it as day 1 after the initial mapping, the next day choose to do the room specific vacuum setting, selecting 3 rooms, it would move 1 foot, stop and say path is blocked and can't proceed. Repeated this twice with no success. Then chose to do all the rooms following the set room order, it wouldn't follow the room order, clean only the nearest 2 "rooms" to the dock and go back to the dock. Reaching out to Dream support said to clean the sensors, when this is a brand new robot. I then delete the map and have it re-run the mapping, and it cleans all the rooms, not in the correct order. Today I chose again to have clean 3 rooms as shown in the screen recording and run again with the same identical issue with the room selection and all rooms settings. Returning this product and will stay away from this brand.
