I bought this for my boyfriend because he was diagnosed with high liver enzymes. This product is excellent for helping with a fatty liver or high liver enzymes. My boyfriend has never drank alcohol in his life, however from taking OTC pain medication, i.e. ibuprofen, aspirin, Tylenol, etc. he now is suffering from high liver enzymes. This product is all natural ingredients and organic. I love this tea too. It can be very beneficial for anyone or used as a preventative measure! Enjoy!

Have you tried making iced tea with this? Does it still work as well if you brew the 3 to 5 bags at once and keep it in the fridge?

Hi there. With a few exceptions, we generally recommend that all are teas are consumed as hot as is possible for optimal effects. When one prepares an aqueous infusion (herbal tea formula extracted with boiling water) the goal is to optimize the yield of water-soluble constituents that are potentially available in the dried herbs. The boiling water functions as a natural solvent which breaks down the cellular walls of the dried herb, thus enabling the release of its soluble constituents, a.k.a. extractive, into the tea water.That said, we do understand that sometimes it is just too hot to drink hot tea. At these times it may be appropriate to ice the tea after you have brewed it with boiling water and allowed it to steep for 10 minutes, as per the brewing instructions below. Does anyone have experience with Traditional Medicinals' straight raspberry leaf tea vs. this one?

When I tried the straight raspberry leaf a couple of years ago it tasted very much like regular Lipton tea bags - the black/orange pekoe variety that's been around forever. I personally like that tea so liked the raspberry leaf tea a lot. The "Healthy Cycle" variety, by comparison, was very unpleasant to me. How many packets do i have to drink to reduce the facial hair? As i have finished 20 teabags and didnt get any results so i just wonder ?

I can't really advise you on this. It would depend on how severe your problem is, what's causing it etc...I don't think 20 teabags is enough to expect results. I drink spearmint tea at least 3-4 times a week, steeping it for 10 minutes before I do. It has helped with reducing facial hair for me but I didn't have a big problem with this. I think the fact that it helps to regulate hormone levels is a plus though, as long as someone is not ignoring a bigger issue that should be discussed with a health care professional. Hope this helps a bit.
