Good rosemary dried leaves it used it in Spells

Bought this months ago due to intense hair fall. I used it for hair oil and hair spray. Pros: - Quantity is good, you can easily make more than 5-6 portions which will eventually will last you for a year or more. - Price was quite reasonable. - Scent was strong, so I guess the concentration will be high which you can balance by diluting. Cons: - Even though the scent was strong, but the effectiveness of rosemary is doubtful. Also it was my first time trying rosemary so I am not sure if rosemary doesn't work at all or the bought one doesn't work. Packaging is good, includes a zipper so easy to reuse. But the result is not very noticeable at all. Can't comment on freshness as these are dried leaves. Will try to update later if I observe any changes, or else I guess I have to use it in tea or as room freshener.
