First I want to say that the seller has a sticker on the clear plastic packaging for the hat that states “please pack in a box so it does not crush the hat.” However, amazon instead packed it in an envelope. So mine did come crushed, but I love the style and it seems flexible so I’m hoping I can get it back to the original shape. The neck strap is adjustable which I like for windy days. I plan to use mine at the beach.

Beautifully made, and looks much more expensive then what I paid. Love that I can shape the brim to make it look like a cowgirl hat or a beach hat. There is also a hidden strap on the inside to fit to the size you need. I am more than satisfied with this great buy. I am so glad I got this one. The decorative leather is tasteful and not gaudy. Perfect!!

I was surprised how well this hat is constructed. It is on the heavy side compared to my other straw hats, but I think it is because the weave is tight. Although the rim was bent funny, it was an easy fix because you just have to reshape the wire. The crown of the hat was fine. There is also an instruction sheet on how to reshape.The reason I took off one star- first, the decorative ribbon with the metal feather was way off center and I had to remove it and re-glue it. Second, there were no instructions on how to make the hat more snug on the inside and I accidentally pulled it apart and broke it. But again , needle and thread and glue came to the rescue. Would purchase again.

Luckily this hat was shipped in a large enough cardboard box that didn’t crush or misshape it. I had to do only slight adjustments to make it perfect. It’s a very well made hat. I decorated it with garland for 4th of July and got a ton of compliments. I will wear for many occasions and I expect this hat to last for years. I’m pleased with this hat and happy with the customer service offering support to fix shape if necessary which for me wasn’t. I would totally recommend this hat to anyone looking for a fun western style hat that also offers sun and rain protection.

This hat has a great appearance and fit as expected. For a cold season hat, it would be OK as the weave is dense and heavy. Compared to other straw hats, it is on the heavy side. The wire rim is too easily moldable. Easy to shape but just as easy to fall out of shape.

This hat is so cute, it’s very comfortable and it fits perfectly! I bought it to wear to the beach and I’ve gotten lots of compliments.

This is a great hat! It is comfortable, soft and it breathes so you don't sweat under it. It does run big, so if you have a small-ish head this might not be for you. It looks nice too. It comes looking a little broken in, which I really like. For gardening, fishing, boating or anything that you want to keep the sun off your face and neck, this is the hat.

Even with the little Velcro tabs to make it tighter I still can't keep it on. If you're a woman with a big head or a lot of hair it might work, lol
