良い運動になります。ただ、取説書も何もなかったので、どうやって取り付けるの？長さはどうやって調整するの？と謎だらけ。今の自分の使い方が合ってるの分かりません(^_^;)

40肩のリハビリ用に購入。 設置が簡単なため、毎日やってます。 紐長さの調整も楽なので、DIYよりもはるかに快適です。 金額相当と思いましたが、始めてから肩が楽になったので星4です。 可動リハビリ後は可動部分が熱くなるので、注意が必要です。
