Sports Research has the best supplements by far. They are clean and no added fillers! (How much silica can a person take?) I’ve been taking methyl B12 for quite awhile and was super excited to see that SR has one now. There is something our bodies require to process B12 for uptake. Methyl is already ready for uptake in the event that bodily process is out of whack. Very interesting, I heard some doctors discussing that methyl b12 has promising results in people with autism? I don’t know but worth researching. Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, and it is amazing that some unknown enzyme or protein can get out of whack and something as easy as this may help alleviate it. Bottle has a 2 month supply. And is very easy to swallow.

Excellent product although the capsules somewhat sweat which is no good if you’re storing it with other vitamins.
