Pretty good so far
It works pretty well. A little confusing regarding why it's so slow to get to the log in screen. Is it the Microsoft Windows? Seems like it should quickly get to the password screen when you touch the mouse pad or move the mouse. Good quality screen. Visually very crisp and colorful. Handles GPU intensive games deftly. Good value overall for the price, especially when it's on sale.

Long Time Legion Owner
I’ve owned Lenovo legion laptops for the past 5 years. I’ve always appreciated their sleek design, powerful performance, and build quality at a reasonable price. I’ve tried a few other gaming laptops such as Razer blades and Alienware before I decided to stick with Lenovo. The build quality is on par with previous generation, and performance is top notch. This laptop (while a bit heavy) packs a powerful punch, easily getting 240fps in AAA titles. The display is crisp, clear, and bright. I love the classic Lenovo keyboard, it feels incredible, and it’s easy to type on. The only flaws I would say it has are the “premium” features that the legion 7 always used to have, are now gone. The rear port labels used to illuminate which was nice in low light settings. The vents used to have RGB lights that were customizable, and the legion logo on the lid used to be illuminated and customizable. The only feature that the legion 7 has over the legion 5 now, is a slightly better build feel, and an RGB bar on the front of the laptop. Oh and you get a 240hz display and a choice of higher end gpu’s. The laptop is also louder than any of my other legions were. When the fans hit full speed, it’s noticeable. The only other thing that I was displeased about was the trackpad location. It feels like it’s shifted off center more than it has been in the past. Overall it’s a fantastic laptop with a few minor draw backs. I frequently check online and stores for deals on comparable laptops to this one, and when I purchased it, the legion is at LEAST $500 cheaper than anything I can find with the same specs

Pricey but worth it.
I had an Acer Predator Triton 300 and I loved it but I got into playing BG3. The system barely handled it. It was a 2021. I bought this and have not looked back. It runs amazing and heavy gaming goes from 83C to 93C tops. Much cooler than my old laptop.

Can't complain
This is my first gaming laptop after switching from a desktop built from nearly a decade ago and I seriously cannot complain. Games run smoothly, easy to upgrade RAM & SSD, love the way to config the RGB lights, easy to underclock/overclock, has high refresh rate, I honestly cannot complain. The battery life is really bad, but its a gaming laptop so nothing surprising there.

Works great, build quality lacking
The computer works great but I am most likely going to be returning because the frame is somewhat bent. When laying on a flat surface, only 3 points of the laptop make contact so when I push on the bottom right corner, it wobbles. Its even more annoying when typing and having the laptop bouncing up and down when i move across the keyboard. I know its probably a minor thing to some people, but i cannot justify spending this much on a laptop that wobbles/bounces when typing on a flat surface.

I purchased for my son and he is happy with it.

This laptop is trash.
Worse piece of garbage I've ever purchased. In three months it has went from working perfectly to baking itself. I got it back from being repaired one week ago and it's already starting to stutter and freeze up while doing nothing more than displaying, not even using mind you, Blender or Unity. I'll never make the mistake of buying any gaming laptop ever again, I'll just stick to being tied to a desk.

Nice for gaming
Nice gaming laptop. I’m sure it’s a lot better if you know how to use all the features
