Wonderful texture to keep the mouth busy for hours!!
I have ADHD and this gum lasts me the whole day as a chew toy. Its the perfect texture for this purpose. Its essentially a good flavorless mastic gum texture that you forget is there while you work. It's really good at keeping my mouth busy, I didnt intend it this way, but as a side benefit my jaw seems to look a little broader and stronger because I chew this stuff constantly. All this with the peace of mind knowing im not ingesting anything nasty. Side benefit: When I have this after meals, I make sure to move it around to all the areas where crumbs might be to keep them from just sitting there and causing damage. Like a toothpick but way more effective. The food bits will then flavor the gum as what you last ate for a minute, but dont worry it then it goes back to flavorless just by chewing. To all the people 1-star reviewing this gum for being hard to chew and fragmenting... did you READ the pamphlet? It literally says to let the gum warm in your mouth a little before biting into it. To all the people 1-star reviewing this gum for short-lasting flavor... could you THINK for a moment? You need chemicals (microscopic plastic sacs) to make flavor last unnaturally long by releasing flavor slowly overtime. This is a NATURAL gum and dosent have those. You cant have your cake and eat it too, so stop disparaging this honest company because you failed to understand what you were buying to begin with... You want a genuine natural gum, this is it.

Natural Ingredient Gum with Dental Perks, but Texture, Size, Flavor and Price Fall Short
This gum gets 3 stars overall since it has clean, health-focused ingredients and nano-hydroxyapatite for tooth remineralization, but the initial crumbly texture, basic flavor, and steep cost make it hard to justify. Nano hydroxyapatite (nHAp) is a mineral form that your body can use to build/repair tooth enamel. People would typically chew this type of gum to also act as an antiplaque agent, reduce halitosis (bad breath), and stimulate saliva production, which helps neutralize acids and protect tooth enamel. The current trend is to chew harder/tougher gums to enhance your jawline or tone your face. This specific gum is marketed for those seeking natural, non-GMO chewing without artificial sweeteners, fitting into routines focused on holistic dental care. Keep it in a cool, dry spot to maintain freshness, and know that natural gums can harden over time. This gum comes with 18 pieces in each pack, flavored with Ceylon cinnamon and natural terpenes like eugenol, humulene, and cinnamaldehyde, using a base of chicle, mastic, spruce, myrrh, and acacia gums for a natural chew that's free of gluten, soy, seed oils, synthetic rubbers, plastics, aspartame, sugar, sucralose, or GMOs—which all seemed to align with my search for a tougher, mastic-style gum that still had decent taste but offered extra health upsides. For sweetness they’re using xylitol, erythritol, and stevia extract and for remineralizing agents they have nano-hydroxyapatite, calcium bentonite clay, and egg-shell powder. When you first pop the gum into your mouth, it’s going to fall apart into tiny chunks that will spill into the various corners of your mouth. If you weren’t expecting that, you might just spit it into the trash and return it – BUT if you have a little patience and use your tongue to start bringing those little clumps together while chewing, they will eventually form into one piece of gum again. It's important to note that it doesn't stick to your teeth initially like some other gums. The flavor (I picked was cinnamon) is pleasant, but it wasn’t very bold. When choosing gum, obviously it’s going to be healthy – but the main things that I’m looking for are going to be texture and flavor and both of those were a let down right out of the gate. Don’t get me wrong, the gum is sweet and the flavor is okay – it’s not disgusting at all … but it’s just ‘meh’ – it doesn’t stand out. What I appreciate most is the avoidance of junky additives, sticking to natural gums and sweeteners that skip the usual suspects like synthetic plastics or harmful chemicals, making it a cleaner option for oral health enthusiasts. The inclusion of quality nano-hydroxyapatite stands out, potentially aiding in tooth strengthening without fluoride, and the absence of seed oils, gluten, soy, or GMOs adds to its appeal for sensitive diets. I will caution you on xylitol though – a 2024 study suggest that higher levels of the sugar alcohol xylitol (in the blood) could be linked with an increased risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), including heart attack and stroke. I use xylitol, because the oral health benefits are amazing – but I just swish xylitol crystals for a minute and spit it out. I don’t regularly chew gums or mints like this where I would be consuming xylitol daily. Calcium bentonite clay can also have high levels of heavy metals in it, but I’ll just assume they get it from one of the safer sources. Terpenes such as eugenol and cinnamaldehyde could irritate mouths or trigger allergies in some folks, but it didn’t have any negative effects for me. I’ve already discussed the texture starting off disappointing, disintegrating into bits before gelling into a cohesive piece, which disrupts the initial chew experience. Flavor-wise, the cinnamon is underwhelming and subtle at best, not delivering a strong kick that you might be expecting. I paid $42.79 (with taxes) for what boils down to a premium but disappointing chew—the price is likely just inflated by the cost of nano-hydroxyapatite and natural sourcing—but it doesn't quite feel worth it. Outstanding ingredients, subpar texture and taste, and it’s definitely not one of the ‘tougher’ mastic chews – it’s pretty soft. This suits folks prioritizing natural dental aids, like those avoiding chemicals for cavity prevention or gum health, who don't mind paying up for non-toxic formulas and prefer mild flavors. If you're after a thoughtful, eco-friendly chew with potential enamel perks, it might be worth trying a single pack, but look elsewhere if budget or a strong taste is key. My underbrush gum cost me 59 cents a piece (they're pretty small pieces at that), you could still get some oral health benefit with something like “Zellie's” Xylitol Chewing Gum (though it doesn’t have all these bells and whistles) at 10 cents a piece.

Still good
I honestly believe this gum just is a trade off. Overall good, but expensive. Pros: Healthy , Organic, Tastes good (I got mint), Good chew (more stiff), Last long (integrity, not flavour), Biggest surprise was I can eat or drink anything directly afterwards without that classic taste/cold sensation off mint, Packaging (perhaps a bit simple and overkill at the same time) Cons: Small size (chew 2 at a time), flavour falls off within minutes (stays almost subtle, keeps breathe relatively neutral), Price

Love it for natural ingredients and no sugar
I love it! It feels healthy and natural. I have ordered 2 mint and 1 berry flavor pack in the past 2 months. I prefer mint flavor to berry. The first time i tried Under Brush gum it felt slightly hard and the sweetness went in few seconds. Even though i bought it cause it says sugar free, it felt weird when the sweetness last only few seconds and I didn’t like that. I kept chewing for few minutes and I didn’t realize I am still chewing a soft bee wax like gum. The more I chew it gets softer and I love it. After Mint I bought Berry and it felt sweeter so I am back to mint which fells less sweet. My friends tried the mint they love it too. Its a little expensive so they didn’t want to buy. For me this is more like a natural medicine for my teeth health and I justify the cost based on that. Also I chew this during my work and it keeps me focused. Its feels like i am chewing beewax and some natural stuffs. I used to chew 2 gums and nowadays i like chewing just 1 even though its a very small gum size. Now, I am a regular customer because looking at ingredients it looks healthy and high quality ingredients. So I hope the company maintains the natural and high quality ingredients.

This gun has a purpose: it helps your teeth
I needed a gum that helped with sensitivity and after having several random (seemingly) issues with my teeth I decided to be more proactive despite already brushing 2x a day and flossing 1x a day. So far I really like how my teeth feel after chewing this. The other reviews are correct, flavor leaves quickly but that’s not the purpose of this gum. (I feel like there is still a hint of flavor even after two hours.). I am hopeful some of my ‘issues’ will resolve with daily use of this gum and I love supporting a small business.

Love this gum but I only noticed that there's eggshell in it after I bought it. I will get one without eggshell next time.

This is the real deal. Expensive, but probably worth it. As others note, the initial flavour disappears quickly, but you can chew for hours which is great for mewing and dental health in general. If I take the gum out to eat or drink something, when I pop it back in, there is a pleasant but subtle flavor. I've only chewed two or three pieces, but my teeth feel better already! Thank you Nathan & Sons!
