The Sunkiss adult diapers are a great diaper for dealing with severe urinary incontinence. I ordered these to get by with, while waiting for my regular night-time diapers to arrive as delivery was a week late. This diaper is extremely comfortable. The overall cut of the diaper fits really well over the hips. There is not a bunch of access that hangs down the side. The outer shell is a bit thicker than most adult diapers, but is very comfortable against the skin, and has a little give when fasten snugly. The inner is supper soft and extremely absorbant. It wicks moisture well, but is not completely odor free. Though it has better odor control than most, once you get into the third wetting, there is a slight odor. The adhesive tapes and landing zone work great. love that they make it in pink as opposed to just white. but I would love to see a blue diaper and maybe few other colors. It's nice to have something other than medical diaper white, when using diapers is a medical requirement. If you are on the fence about this diaper give it a try. Update: Amazon did end up getting this diaper in blue. It performs just as well as the pink. I do think the odor control is better. Maybe Sunkiss has updated that part of their diapers? I don't know, but the odor control works a lot better than the last order in pink did. If you are looking for a good adult diaper for night-time needs definitely give these a try.

These are great. As others have mentioned they are very comparable to the north shore mega max. They hold a TON. After 2 very large voids and 3 regular, I had no leaks and it probably could’ve held more. Be prepared if you are wearing these out and about in public as they will swell up considerably and there isn’t much you can do to be discreet at this point. Only thing I wish was different about these is the sizing. I ordered the L/XL and these lean more towards the Large. Wish they had just a XL that was slightly bigger because I have pretty big thighs due to years of mountain biking and the padding doesn’t wrap around my bottom end like others do in a XL. My waist is 40 inches. Other than that, they are relatively quiet for being plastic backed and they are extremely absorbent. Tapes hold very well. Price is moderate. All quality incontinence products for adults cost a fortune nowadays and it’s sad.

Let's face it: talk about incontinence isn't something that has hit mainstream, but if you are reading this review, you must be or know one of the millions who wear an adult diaper regularly. I have been using the SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers with Tabs to manage my urinary issues for several months now. I discovered them when my usual brand raised prices significantly as part of the government tariffs, and since then these have become my primary daily product. While there are many different preferences, I really prefer a plastic-backed incontinence product (which this one is) because I find that the cloth-like backing tends to seep moisture through and just make me feel icky. These help my skin to feel dry after any amount of void. This product is robust enough to stop leaks and hold a large amount of urine without being too thick to remain comfortable. These diapers have very effective standing leak guards, elastic waistbands, and tend to fit my body a little better than other medium-size products. I find them to be comfortable - even for a little extended wear - and that there are no clumping or issues with the padding when wet. I am pleased that while there is some crinkle, it isn't excessive. I am very thankful that as an active adult, I do not have to worry about frequent changes or explain random wet spots on my clothes. Finally, the tapes are a nice size, larger than some other brands I have used, and hold well. I have yet to have one fail or pull away from the plastic backing. I find them easy to put on when laying down or standing up. Overall, these have a nice design, work well, and have a good price point. I recommend!

Almost as good as MegaMax, with a few small caveats. This is a good diaper. Not a great diaper, but good. Comparable to the MegaMax diapers, but not quite as absorbent. Has a tiny issue with surface wetness feel after multiple voids. I've had some press out issues at the rear of my legs because of the bottom tapes not being quite low enough to make a great deal. If your thighs are larger in diameter, it probably won't be a big issue for you. The tapes hold very well and are reliable and easy to reposition, and they hold after being moved around. It's a solid performance mostly, but the actual MegaMax will hold more liquid before the average time to leaking for me. There's not enough of a cost difference to use these over something that's more consistent in performance for me. I'll use these up, and probably not re order unless there's a huge price drop or sale.

Great for overnight and daily use. If you have an active lifestyle these hold up. They don't clump and fall apart on a hot day. Capacity is among the best. Noise level can be audible in a quiet room but any background noise and they are quiet enough. The tabs are strong and can be repositioned. Protection level is great. Just wear slightly looser clothes and they aren't noticeable. Design and fit are good. Great for back and front sleeping good for a side sleep, like all products not perfect for side sleeping. but overall the quality is there. You will use less then lower quality products.

First off, I gave it the "water" test to see how much it truly holds. Unbelievable! 5 pints, no leak or trace. 6th pint, just barley a trace. Now, with the "swelling" related to that much liquid, you would never want to be out in public. Now, I ordered the Large, which might be why it held so much, but I changed next delivery to smaller size. Just a little too much bulk to wear under light clothing. Very comfortable and the tapes are strong and refastenable!

This is a carbon copy of Northshore Megamax (top 3 on the market), which leads me to think it’s the same manufacturer. Excellent overall, great fit, best absorption, very large sticky tapes, and elastics everywhere.

Meine Wochenend- Lieblingswindel. Nimmt viel auf, das Material sackt nicht in sich zusammen und bildet ein gel artiges Gefühl. Die Windel quillt ziemlich auf, was ein etwas breitbeiniges laufen erfordert. Ideal für Edgeing. 24 Stunden Tragekomfort, das reale Fassungsvermögen sind 2-2,5 Liter, im Liegen auch etwas mehr.

Kwalitatief matige luier, probeert op megamax te lijken maar komt niet in de buurt qua capaciteit. Voelt snel nat, al met al een slechte aankoop.
