I cannot get the watch to totally sync with my phone. Calls come through but no watch function. It keeps telling me to downnload the VeryFit app which I have done 3 times. Not a HAPPY CAMPER.

I like everything about this watch but the band-they replaced the band holder with a hole for tucking the end. If you tighten the band to make it work well, tucking the band is difficult and uncomfortable. I ordered a replacement band for about$10 and originally got the watch for$105 minus a$30 coupon. My wife bought me a $500 Garmin which I returned because the control button was too hard to work and this watch to me outperforms the Garmin.

The watch, as others have said, does almost everything I want, including great battery life! I found it challenging to locate an actual user manual (as opposed to the multi-language quick-start supplied in the box). The Souyie website is mostly in chinese, which I don't speak/read. After several attempts, I managed to get a message through which gave me an address to email. Once I got that, my questions were answered quickly and efficiently, and I was able to request and get a PDF specifically for the GTX13 current version. That helped a great deal. Improvements needed -- blood pressure cannot be measured on a schedule, unlike pulse, o2, etc. Adding this feature would be great. Overall a very nice unit! (The watch strap is too small for my big wrist, and I choose to use an aftermarket stainless steel which I like. (added) After 3 months, the watch is still as I said, but the charging cable is defective. I replaced it with an after-market one and now it again charges. Poor quality cable?
