Absolutely
The instructions stink typical Chinese crap, but use common sence putting it together and dont tighten anything until your done. I had to redo things several times but it seems to work just fine. Haven't put mix in it yet.Update: as a diyr I had issues at first but stupid me lol after I put it at an 75% angle worked perfectly. Diffently a good buy.

I needed a grinder to put a flat spot in the shaft.
I did not receive leather washers for the inside of the barrel. Just had to put it together without the washers. The assembly instructions did not mention anything about putting the rubber gasket in between the two barrel halves. Missing flat washers and lock washers for the barrel assembly. Instructions say to remove a U shaped bracket to release the spring once the control arm is assembled. There was no U-shaped bracket in the packaging. Instruction say to line up the keyway when mounting the motor. It’s a flat spot not a keyway. There is a difference. I had to take a grinder and grind off the perfectly round shaft to make a flat spot.10-24-2024 Follow up!!!!!I mixed 340 bags of concrete with this mixer. Worked great.

OK for small jobs.
Mix capacity is about 1.5 CF. Discharge is not high enough for a contractor type wheelbarrow, only garden type wheelbarrow will fit under the discharge. I am careful not to overload so that I don't burn up the motor or break a drive belt, and have to finish a pour mixing by hand. No problem with mixing so far for the small jobs I've completed.

Thought I would take a chance on a $400 cement mixer
I'm pretty surprised. Assembly instruction could have been clearer. When they say "leather" it appears they mean rubber. All good. An ounce of thought and you can figure it out. Nuts and bolts are sequenced in packages with the instructions so just start with A. I was mixing 3 - 60 pound bags of ready mix at a time and occasionally 4 if I got it too wet. It chugged right along. Got a few dry spots that stuck to the bottom while mixing but just shut it down and knocked them loose and went right back to it. Mixed about 120 bags and it didn't have a problem. It's light enough, but a little awkward, to move around (I put a strap on it and carried it around under a tractor bucket). It's a bit short for the average wheelbarrow so I put it up on a pallet and it worked fine. Quite surprised it has done so well. I'm bad about writing reviews but this one deserved one!

small detail
Everything is excellent, the instructions are very detailed, the best thing is that a single person can put it together, I only had problems when putting the gasket, that's why I helped myself with the tape, from then on it's excellent

Works good
It's fits 3 60 lbs bags of concrete mix with no problem more than that it dosen't mix it as well. Mixed about 80 bags for a small project and it performed very good.

Started out bad.
My box was left on the driveway where everyone could see it. The only thing missing was a sign saying " I'm free come and get me." The delivery driver was too lazy to leave the box at my front door where it would have been less visible. The box looked like it had been in a car wreck. It had holes all over with some of the box flaps barely held together by the packaging tape. Note: The best way to mount the drum gasket is to face the bottom part of the drum facing up. Hold the gasket in place by placing the bolts in the holes where they belong. Do not screw them in. Once the gasket is in place on the bottom drum, remove each bolt slowly not to disturb the gasket. Align your arrows on each drum and carefully place the top part of the drum on the bottom part of the drum. Now you can screw your bolts in. The leather washers were missing. Must have fallen out of one of the holes on the box; I was able to improvise with 5/16 black rubber tank bolt washers from Home depot. 4 per pack, so it worked out perfectly for the assembly of the mixing blades. The lock and flat washers were also missing to connect the upper drum to the bottom drum. If you don't do this, the 6 bolts will stick out into the rim/ring gear which may cause premature wear of the gear shaft in the motor box. After all of the extra purchases, the mixer seems to run well. Now to see how it handles actual bags of cement.
