Yukon Gear & Axle YHCC-D44 Black Hardcore Differential Cover

This was installed on a 88 C-1500 truck. It’s well make so durability should be good, easy installation, the thickness is crazy and excellent value for your money and so far it has no leakage. Definitely recommend this item.

Great fit for my ‘02 S10 ZR2, heavy duty piece that looks awesome! Super thick to handle abuse, definitely worth the price. I pulled the stainless plate off and painted my truck’s accent color behind it for a little extra pop. Can’t wait to finish this project and see how it looks!

HEAVY! First, dont be a dummy like me and guess. Physically pull a bolt from your diff cover and gauge it. Make sure its 5/16 or you WILL be borrowing mommas car to run to the store to get new hardware. BTW, ACE has the exact right stainless for this application, in stock, everyday. At least mine does. And dont forget to use the right Teflon tape! The blue stuff is for water only! Dont use it! Use the yellow Teflon tape. And if you can, have a friend help to hold that heavy cover up there! If not, you'll need to put a jack under or something cause your arms will get tired! Great cover tho!

Heavy duty, well built. Looks awesome. No leaks, torqued to 20ft lbs. I did use Felpro gasket.

As advertised! Great product! If you want a way to beef up your diff and make it look great this is what you want.

Cover is great and fits perfect. Only issue was with the hardware quality control. One bolt looks like it was made at 4:00 on a Friday.

Cover looks great. It was much heavier and thicker than I expected. It fit perfect with no issues whatsoever. Paired it with a lubelocker gasket and no leaks so far. Used gas and oil thread tape for the cover drain and fill plugs, no leaks from them either.
