Christmas RUINED!!!
Opened two of these tonight and both of the forward/reverse switches were broken off. Didn’t realize what they were until I put one together, which took me an hour! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts and now my daughters won’t even know that Santa brought them because they can’t use them! Terrible design! Thanks for ruining my girls Christmas!!!!!!
