Very happy with this supplement. I take it about an hour before bed. Sleeping much more soundly. Also noticing less leg cramps. Only been about a month, but so far quite satisfied

I’m allergic to corn and soy and I have not found many brands that eliminate all the unnecessary additive's, this brand does and no reactions !

I take this for sleep and it seems great. No problem with size of capsules, odor, or taste.

This magnesium upset my stomach. No fault of its own. I can't use it.

I think they do help with sleep as when stopped taking them sleep was affected. Help with sore joints too. Easy enough to swallow

I've found these so helpful with sleep. I take these around 6 pm and it makes me sleepy. Since my menopause my sleep was very disruptive and it took ages to go to sleep. Since using magnesium it's been so much better. I also like the fact there's no chemicals or bulking agents

After 2 weeks I am starting to feel these are making a difference. Less joint and muscle pain .Just feeling better .sleeping better. I have had no side effects unlike others I have tried .
