Perfect for converting my stationary bike. Easy to install and easy to follow instructions. I've had these for a few years now and they are great! still holding on strong and durable.

Parts worked perfectly. I thought that the shoes should have come with the required parts.

These work as expected. They are a hard plastic. They are not adjustable. I have used them one time indoors with no issues. They do have a lithe grip on the edges so they weren't slippery.

I had a pair of Giro shoes with SPD-SL cleats sitting in my closet that I never used because the pedals on my bike and the various spin bikes I use are SPD. I bought this product to convert my shoes so that I could use them in the gym, and it works great. The cleats do have a bit of float and feel a bit looser than the mountain bike shoes I was previously using, but I'm guessing that has more to do with the cleat itself than the adapter. The adapter was very simple to install and feels secure. I'm very happy that I'm able to get some use out of my old shoes without having to spring for a new pair.

These work perfectly! Easily allowed me to convert my shimano road bike shoes to have SPD cleats mounted on them. I ride road bikes but I much prefer SPD pedals even though, many think SPD's don't look cool on road bikes!!! I love my road bike shoes and now I can love them even more with a pair of SPD cleats on them too!!

This is a solid adapter to take a three hole road bike shoe to a 2 hole, SPD compliant shoe. Works well for those that don’t want to buy new shoes but don’t have SPD compatible cleats. Obviously does increase the float somewhat so just know that going in to it. Fairly easy to install with any knowledge of cleats.

Easy to put on my new shoes, and the cleats fit on nicely.

Used this kit to install cleats for Crankbrothers pedals on my road shoes. Worked like a charm.

Leider habe ich beim Kauf von Pedalen und Schuhen nicht auf die Verbindung geachtet und hätte eines der beiden tauschen müssen. Durch den Adapter konnte ich aber beides behalten also einfach perfekt. Die Montage ging schnell und selbsterklärend. Zudem ist der Adapter leicht gummiert und gibt einem Halt beim gehen.
