This stuff is the real deal. I have PCOS and so I battle hormone imbalances. I started this cream about 10 days before my period was supposed to start, not knowing that I shouldn't have started it then. My plan was to use it until bleeding started and then take that week off (since you're only supposed to use it 3 weeks of the month). Well, my period date came and went and I didn't get my period. Finally, once I was about 10 days late, my period came. What I didn't know, is when you first start this cream, you should start the day you end your period. Then, use it for 3 weeks and go off of it for a week. I am now using the cream properly (once in the morning, once at night for 3 weeks of the month) and my next period *should* be normal. I will come back to update.

If you are starting the "change" as a woman of having night sweats, growing facial hair (I call them whiskers lol) and hot flashes. Try this! I'm still having my cycle but not often, however all the about body changes I listed above have occurred. Started with the facial hair, then night sweats and boom the hot flashes. The first two were manageable without anything but the hot flashes. Hell nah. Just a week in, my night sweats disappated and then the hot flashes. I have now noticed I haven't had to tweeze unwanted facial hair (whishers hee hee). The only thing I've noticed for myself was if followed the directions listed for "menopause" 3 weeks on 1 week off, the flashes etc came back full force. So I dug deeper in research and discovered since I'm still technically having cycle, I've stuck with twice a day everyday and its been heavenly. If your perimenopausele use this, you won't regret it.

Worked immediately! Steady, reliable hormones regardless of how much I apply. Exactly what I was hoping for, and better :) I was able to end use of synthetic hormones from patches and pills and switch entirely to this wild yam cream. I expected it to take 2-3 menstrual cycles, but it was day 1. Skin youthfulness, mood, body fat, libido, and more are all managed again by my body without any help from the pharmacy. This is a great cream, I can really notice a difference when I use this product. This is my second order of the wild yam cream.

I was intrigued by this product and have only been using it for a week or so now. I can certainly confirm that it seemed to have an immediate effect on my previously itchy arm! It had been driving me crazy for months and went away which I was not expecting. The main reason, however, for trying the cream was to attempt to control hot flashes which has yet to subside. I am hopeful to see results! To be clear, I applied the cream to the inside of my wrists and thighs; not directly on my itchy arm and used as directed.

Barbara O’Neil talks about wild yam cream, instead of HRT. This product has amazing ingredients the number one ingredient being wild yam extract. I bought four different products from four different brands, this one is number one. The ingredients are the cleanest and it seems to be very effective. I have no uterus and only one ovary, and just using that cream a few times, I’m feeling a little bit different in a good way.

Didn’t work for me at all Was trying this for menopause. Went to the doctor instead. It’s silky soft. Maybe good for a face cream?
