PR Personal Record Heavy Duty Premium Elbow Wraps - All Black

I got the black ones. the PR logo and little bits are white - theyre not entirely black. the elbow wraps are great though, and feel just like gg’s 2x, which is all you need in my opinion. pain to set up by yourself but once you figure it out theyre a great pair of elbow wraps.

ナローグリップ気味のベンチプレススタイルだと挙上重量が5~10㎏アップする youtubeなどでは前腕から上腕に向けて巻いているけれども、私の場合は上腕から前腕に向けて巻いた方が効果があります。 ワイドグリップスタイルだとあまり恩恵はないかも

Dude these things are great, really good for prs, not a crazy increase but gave me the bump to hit an extra 30 ish pounds

Great product, definitely will help you get 1-2 extra reps in. Highly recommend for heavy lifters.
