Best QLED tv in it's range. You can trust the brand. Picture clarity and sound quality is awesome.. no words on that. Build in quality is also too good. Only drawback i found is that there's isn't any HDMI cable and sound cable included. Rest assured

TV isn't HD quality, user interface is so poor and seems like it's a third class chineses copy of TCL

Honestly disappointed with this purchase. Terrible lag and everything takes a long time to load and then freezes up. Its brand new without any apps or heavy. The picture quality is worse than my 32 inch tv from 2021. TLC definitely went backwords with their budget TVs and i dont believe i will be sticking to this brand again.
