This works great for the nacho cheese machine in concessions.

We have ordered from this seller 4 times. Product is great except for this last shipment. We order this product as it isn’t spicy and this shipment we got was jalapeño.

We have served nacho cheese at our store for 10 years and this is by far the worst tasting cheese I have ever had. It tastes sour and yet I bought 4 cases and they all taste the same. The first bag was so bad we threw it out and tried another which we threw out too. I called the company but no returns....I usually don't do reviews in fact this is my first one but I felt customers should know before they buy it since ya can't return food products like this. By the way we threw out all 16 bags:(
