Ok, this is my FAVORITE lip liner! I finally found it. I had used it and had a small amount left and someone helped me read the label. This is a beautiful color. It goes with anything. It does not usually bleed. If you are trying to decide whether or not to buy this…. YES!!! JUST HIT BUY NOW! 😁

I have used these for years. Rimmel holds its place around the edge of my lips, with lipstick in the middle. The pencil is soft enough to glide easily, but not too soft to get messy. I love Rimmel lip pencils.

I’ve tried many lip and eye pencils. Rimmel is the best for the price.

I've used Rimmel lip pencils for years. Easy to apply and sharpen. Very nice range of colors. My favorite is Rose Quartz. Very natural blush for the lip without being over the top. It's my go to color. I also like the red. Pairs well with lip gloss. Stays on well.
