Great purchase
I purchased 2 of these for our home office. They were easy to set up wirelessly and easy to use. I love the fact that I can use it to scan and print. It also will print on both sides of a paper automatically. My last printer required that you manually feed the paper for double sided printing, it’s a small thing but it saves time. It is an excellent product at a good price.

Solid printer that helps in making great copies.
I like this printer very much. It replaced an older one. The new one feels much more solid than the older one. That was a pleasant surprise based on the trends of today’s products which almost always seem cheaper. Set up is easy. And there were choices of how and where to set it up. It also tracks ink usage and automatically sends ink when needed. Never run out of ink. And the program pricing is much better than buying one off at retail. The printer does everything I need. It is not too noisy either. It does seem to take a bit longer to print but the printed documents are very high quality. It also prints photos better than any printer I have had. It has a feeder. The great thing is when you use the manual platen you don’t need to place the document in an exact position. The printer detects what you are printing and adjusts itself. No more crooked or off center copies. That is great for me. As printers go the price, size and quality make it top notch.

Caution: Bad printing after installing Instant Ink
I really like this printer. It perfectly meets my needs. It came with a small amount of ink to get me started. I decided to do the Instant Ink program. The first batch of ink took some time to arrive. I also signed up for the paper program. They sent me about 150 sheets the first time. It is nice paper. I got the Instant Ink cartridges and we have had trouble with them drying out or something. If I run the troubleshooting to clean the ink cartridges, then it prints fine. PROBLEM IS that under Instant Ink, your plan is a set number of pages/month. I went with 50 as I do not print a lot. BUT with this ink problem, I can get a page printed correctly followed by a half page of garbled print. I will return to update this review after HP figures this out and figures out how to compensate me for the badly printed pages.

Beard for Expensive Ink Subscription! Beware!
This product is basically an ink subscription with the printer priced to draw you in. I bought this printer because I was using an earlier version at an Airbnb and loved it. That model was no longer available and this one was suggested as the newer model and had good reviews. Well, several problems wrong with this model, the chief of which is the ink runs out much too quickly. It is advertised as a free 3-month ink supply printer but what they don't tell you is if you don't register for the ink within the first few weeks of purchasing, you forfeit the free ink and then the kicker, you are obligated to buy ONLY HP ink in order to get the full benefits of the warranty. What they also don't tell you is the HP ink is about 3X more expensive than the compatible generic ink. I've been using the printer fairly lightly for about 3 months and have had to replace the ink cartridges twice at about $100 a pop! Then there is the matter of the power cord that doesn't fit securely into the port. My printer is on a wheeled stand and even though I've pushed the power cord into the port as much as possible, the slightest movement disconnects the power cord and it takes several minutes to reboot. Also, even though the printing speed is listed as the same as the HP printer that inspired my purchase, this one is much slower. The last issue is the scanner. For documents that can't be fed into the feeder and have to be placed on the glass, the process is super tedious. I am able to scan much faster on my smart phone using the file or notes app. As I am reading this review, I should probably give this product 2 stars but I do like the two-sided copy feature and think it is benefiting from the halo effect of prior HP printer that inspired this purchase. If you do buy it, make sure to sign up for the 3 months of free ink supply immediately and understand that once that free ink runs out, you will likely have to purchase ink every other month...and I believe accepting the free 3 months of ink obligates you to buy HP-only ink to get the warranty.

Great HP Office Jet Pro
This is my second HP Office Jet Pro inkjet printer. I had an older one that lasted for 20 years. Now I have this one and it is perfect for my home office. It was very easy to set up and get to work right away. I really do enjoy using this HP Office Jet printer and I am sure it will last a long time.

Good product so far.
Installation went fairly smooth. For some reason it won't accept the 'pin' number on the frame. On the second try it still didn't accept it, but finished the install anyway. So far it's working just fine. Scan resolution and print quality are good. For the price, I'm happy.

Printer hp
This product performs really well for its price. It’s easy to use and does what it’s supposed to. I noticed a difference right away and I’m happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a reliable option without spending too much, this is a good choice.

It's better than its cheaper predecessor.
Got it to work after awhile. The menu screen is small and not well lighted and icons can be confusing. Paper jams aren't as easy to fix and one reason is it's not immediately known there is a paper jam. However, when printer refuses to work, it's pretty easy to unjam. After an electric blackout from hurricane, it does go back to proper settings without much trouble. Inks are small but easy to put in. Don't last long. Color Printing pictures from camera or photos is not realistic.

it has paper tray feed vs rear feed which is one big appeal for me plus it holds more than rear feed often allows for. the tray holds up to 225 sheets which is more than i usually put in there at time and so far it's working great

The printer worked fine out of the box however, be aware of 2 things. The scanner cannot scan 2 sided documents using the document feeder's duplex feature, because there is no duplex feature offered on this model, according to HP Support. The HP website seems to indicate that it is possible, but it is not. The glass size is not large enough to scan a legal sized document, the only way to scan legal is through the document feeder. Measure the glass size and make sure it works for you before ordering. It is large enough to scan a letter sized document 8 ½" x 11.

This printer is very difficult to set up. It took over 3 hours to get it set up and running with my system.
