Update: Purina took a lot of effort to rectify the issue I had, that too without asking any questions. As expected there was a batch issue for the product. I had purchased a 10kg product. It has been replaced, albeit with an initial delay, but without any questions or any demands. Product quality is as great as our original experience. Thank you Purina. Earlier review: Product has quality issues with probably the batch. Had similar issue with previous batch also. My 2 dogs are not touching the food. But now they are going for other brands. Have been trying to contact Nestle but no action, only promise of action. We used to be regular customers buying large packs (10kg+) but after last 2 purchase experience, not any more.
