I bought to use with a light vinegar for a heslthy vinaigrette. It is perfect and delicious. 1/4 c infused lemon oil plus 2 TBS balsamic vinegar add 1 tbs Dijon and 1 tea honey and voila! I don’t use S&P but you might want to. Healthy and delicious. Recommend this infused highly,

Good quality product. Met my expectations for sure.

I’d like to cook with Olive Oil and I enjoy those that are infused with other flavors. I find this adds a little refreshing flavor to the already good tasting Olive Oil.

I would have preferred a more intense lemon infusion but this is okay. Just add freshly squeezed lemon juice to enhance the flavour.
