HP 15 Business Laptop, Intel Core i5, 15.6" FHD IPS Display, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth, Windows 11 Pro

Bought two of them. Good computers and great seller response to an activation issue on one of them. Somehow I activated my new computer on my old Microsoft 365 account instead of the new Office Lifetime account. Seller patiently worked me through the process to switch accounts and everything is working as advertised.

I like the laptop but for no lite on the key bored it's real hard to see the letters & numbers if the letters were darker it would be much better. I'M not a good at tipping I need to be able to reed the all that's on the key bored.

An HP employee told us this company is in a lawsuit What i was supposed to be getting. This laptop is perfect my use. Dependable and fast.

I'm sure this computer is fine, but it is definitely a "get what you pay for" model. The keyboard has no feel at all. The keys look and feel like a bargain model. The touchpad has an extremely loud "click" when you depress it. And as someone who prefers to work in dark mode, I can only see the screen when working at the exact right angle (and only the center of it). Other parts of the screen have a halo effect and nearly disappear if you are not at the proper angle to see them. And yes, I have played with the settings. The setup was very easy. The extras that come with it are nice, I guess. I am just turned off knowing I am not going to get used to the display looking the way it does and while I will eventually adjust to the keyboard, it really just feels like a second-rate model (and I guess it is for the price). But this is likely the last time I will buy a laptop online without seeing and feeling it in-person first.
