Very Easy To Use, Functions Well, No Wi-Fi Issues
I purchased this box to replace another brand that lasted for over 10 years and just decided that it had had enough!! That brand has sinced changed its focus, and now, their TV box is twice the price of this Xiaomi box. So far, so good. After almost 2 months of use, I am happy with my purchase. It was easy to setup and it functions as it should. I did purchase a different remote control because I prefer one with a keyboard. But even when I use the remote control that was included, it functions as it should, but feels flimsy. Plus, at the price, it would be nice to have play/pause on there, but I guess they wanted to keep it streamline. I can watch all of my streaming platforms and even some new free ones that I've been checking out that were included with GoogleTV. The box stays connected to my wi-fi with no problem. I'm glad I came across this brand.

Terrible
The first MI Box we purchased lasted and we had zero problems until one day it just stopped working. We purchased this one and the wifi COBSTANTLY goes out. We have to unplug the box for 30 seconds, plug it back in, then it works until you turn it off for the night. I don't know what happened to this company, but I am not buying another one. I will use the Firestick brand.
