Very good caulk to use when working on items what will have movement, like baseboard repair

So easy to use especially if you are not so savvy like me. Very user friendly.

Extreme stretch it does great to sealing gap that need expansion I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend for those areas that tend to swell and shrink with humidity levels. Personally used for 1/8 inch gaps on stairwell trim where there is some flex.

It hasn't yet formed gaps! yay. Regular silicone caulk soon forms gaps in our crazy climate; this hasn't yet after 8 months.
