what are the benefits ??

Benefits? These Baklava taste good, that's the benefit.

Is honey used, or just sugar?

Unfortunately, there is NO HONEY IN THIS BAKLAVA. Please read the above-listed ingredients and you will notice the first thing mentioned in it is SUGAR and there is no mention of HONEY...!!!! And anyone with great knowledge of Baklava will tell you Honey must be used in a genuine authentic Baklava and any Baklava that doesn't have honey...It's simply NOT Baklava.

When is the expiry date?

None of the ingredients in the Baklava are particularly perishable and you should be able to keep it in an airtight container (or tightly covered) in a cool, dry place non-refrigerated for up to 5 days. Also, you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge. Storing it at room temperature will preserve the crispness. If you like your baklava chewy and a bit harder, store it in the refrigerator. Baklava has a unique moistness to it, so you’ll know it’s nearing the end of its shelf life when it starts to dry out. Moreover, you can freeze fresh Baklava in a tight container for up to 4 months.

Many, many responses from a year ago say the product is "dry"; what have you done to correct the problem, and what date ?

It wasn't dry in fact i had to refrigerate it it was moist maybe you got a bad batch.

I absolutely adore Greek Baklava, so my husband bought me this as an after Christmas treat, yes, I am spoilt 😁. I happened to see how much he paid for this tin of Baklava and baulked at the thought, but it arrived just now and let me tell you that it is QUALITY Baklava and easy to see why it costs a bit more than locally produced Baklava. The Baklava is super moist without being wet and sticky, looks very appealing in that each variety has different colour and texture. There is a selection of 6 rows each a different variety. The flavour is divine, nutty , very tasty, worthy of the price indeed. The syrup is evident in the sides of the inside of the tin, but the Baklava itself is not drenched in the liquid goodness. This is dangerously moreish so beware. This beautiful embossed tin arrived in a double wrapping of plastic and in a branded stylish outer cardboard box...very well protected top reserve the delights inside. 10 out of ten 👌👌👌
