I have ordered this before and was very satisfied. This time, it arrived with burst package. Powdered milk all over. Initially, it looked like I could get no refund, but after I worked my way through the customer service bot and got a real person, got a refund. Don't bother reporting it as damaged, they just say it's not eligible for return.

Good quality but expensive for what it long

The taste is great , good texture mixes well doesn't have clumsiness when mixing its Organic content we love and high quality . We stockpile bags of it ,he enjoys it so well. Highly recommended jblair

If you don't drink a lot of milk and are lactose intolerant this is a good option. If you drink a lot of milk this is very expensive. It taste good and easy to make and store.

Needed a light weight option to take with me for travel Could not find on store shelves. Takes a while to dissolve but very happy to have for trips.
