I got the mixed berry and I think it tastes really good- stronger than I was expecting, but good. Super easy to use and mixes well after about 15-20 seconds. I’m on medication that causes constipation but also need electrolytes. This is a great blend of multiple necessities- fiber, electrolytes, pre/probiotics and collagen! It isn’t a miracle for me, unfortunately, but I do still love the combination of things I was having to take separately

Love these. Have had the berry and the variety pack. They all taste great. Dissolves easily, effective, no sugar, great if you're on a GLP-1 and need something to keep your stomach from being upset. I do one a day and I feel like they're great to keep you regular, hydrate you, and to give you a little protein to sip on throughout your day. Great value.

It is tasty and I have been bloated since I started drinking this and also I have regular bowel movement

Helps with digestion and appetite suppressant, it has a very nice flavor and is not to sweet.
