I have dark hair (black) will this lighten it to brownish highlights or just make my black hair shiny?

I’ve purchased BOTH & feel like I was completely RIPPED off buying the $25 highlight activating… I’m a medium blonde fine hair person who could hardly tell the difference between the 2 but actually prefer the ‘go blonder’ cheaper ones vs sheer or highlight activating

This shampoo workd by removing chemicals and such from blood hair, as blonde hair has no color in the hair shafts. This may may grey hair lighter if you were a natural blonde.
