Solid kit. I purchased this because I had some numbness in my arm. it was getting progressively worse, and the last thing I wanted to do was see a surgeon, On a whim, I ordered this. At first pass, it didn't work. Oh the device functioned fine, but wasn't working on me. After doing more research on that specific pinched nerve bundle, I added DMSO to the effected areas, and used this while lying down to allow the C-spine to gently stretch and repair itself. Things stopped getting worse, and have had more than a little relief. (OBVI: I'm not a doctor and YMMV) But at this point, regardless of whether it works to help me, it does perform as advertised. It is functional, relatively compact, and easy to put on and take off. Its a winner. Recommended.

I’m happy to have this. This neck traction device is saving my neck. It’s very simple and works great. I used to have a device that went over a door with a heavy counter weight hanging on the other side of the door. I believe this caused me more stress than it helped. Took a while to set up and take down. This little inflatable device is very convenient and works as well.

I bought this for my mom, who had a neck fusion years ago and has been dealing with extreme neck pain lately—so bad she could barely sleep. Of course, thanks to the “wonderful” Medicare system, the soonest appointment she could get was two months out, so I decided to try this device in the meantime and prayed it might help. She’s been using it for just a few days, and to my surprise (and relief), it’s actually given her some noticeable comfort. She even said she’s been able to sleep longer than the three hours she was getting before, which is a huge improvement. It’s too early to comment on long-term results, but so far it’s been worth it just to see her get any relief at all. I’d say this is a solid product, and I’m glad we found it.

Great for stretching out my neck and spine when I have pain there after long days of slouching in front of my computer! Just don’t use it for more than 10-15 minutes, can make your head or jaw hurt

I had a herniated disc in my neck and was in so much pain. This device didn't help me. But i do think it worked as advertised. The quality is good. It pumped up and down perfectly, streching the neck. It just didnt help me with my issue. I ended up at the Doc for an Rx & PT which ultimately helped to resolve my issue.

Looks exactly like the picture. Purple color is popping. I so love it. It is easy to use and very effective. Material is good also.

This is my fifth time ordering this brace… Each time I order it the manufacturing of it goes down… This time it’s the ball that pumps the brace … The metal piece they’re using at the end of this crappy ball… Comes out very easily and now is lost in my couch… Quality is going down immensely with this product… In fact, I’ll probably never order it again, but I really really need it. It’s the only thing out there like this on the market.

Terrible product; extremely uncomfortable. While it's easy to "use", it did not provide the "pain relief" it claimed. It's small and portable, but I stopped using it after the third try (yes, I truly tried to give it a fair shake to see if it was usable, but it just did not perform as expected.)
