this is my favorite pan for frying anything. but, making hash browns is so easy with this pan that ill never reach for another before this one. the low sides and large area make it so easy.

Favorite pan.

Works great, love the handles and is easy to clean. Put detergent and water, set it to the side and let it sit for 15 minutes. You have more room on stove top because of the handles.
