AGAR-AGAR en poudre très fine. Se dissout très bien. Le prix est intéressant et je l'utilise pour confectionner des flans.

Worked great for making vegan cashew cheese, but product has a slight "fishy" smell while cooking and it seeps into the finished product.

Produit conforme, mais pour ce qui est de ses propriétés amincissantes, je ne sais pas trop quoi dire. Ce produit est censé donné une sensation de satiété, et dans mon cas, ça ne fonctionne pas vraiment.
