Such a unique ingredient!
It does take a bit of patience to prep—soak it overnight and pick out the tiny little bits inside. I only soaked 5 pieces, and that’s more than enough for a single serving of snow fungus soup. This peach gum has no flavor on its own, but it soaks up the tastes of other ingredients beautifully, and it’s 100% natural. Super satisfied with this purchase, totally worth every penny!

This peach gum is exactly as advertised! Unlike previous brands I’ve tried, there’s almost no impurities (not even extra tree bark) that need cleaning—processing this peach resin is a breeze. And the texture is so fun! I absolutely love it!

Good and natural food
This peach gum is such a natural food! It puffs up a lot after soaking, so I only use 5 pieces each time—and it lasts me ages. It has a jelly-like texture, and gets a bit sticky if boiled long enough.

After soaking overnight, it expanded significantly.While there were some tiny natural specks, they were easy to pick out once expanded. Since this is a fully natural product, these minor imperfections are completely understandable.
