Good quality. It is true Linden honey.

Unfortunately, the honey in my last delivery appeared to be overheated and no longer has its original taste or health benefits.

I've bought this honey a few times. It is not bad: pleasant flavor, crystallizes well and feels mostly natural. Glass jar is a plus. And the cost is reasonable compared to "premium" honeys. I guess "premium" means not feeding sugar to the bees and not processing / cooking the honey, although the word feels a little silly IMO. That said, there are better choices, both domestic and European. The linden flavor was not pronounced, and the taste was a bit too sweet to my liking.
